What Type of Files Do I Need to Send?

• PDF (preferred)
• TIFF
• JPEG
• Word doc

FYI with Word docs: I convert to PDFs and if necessary to TIFFs, and because of this there are sometimes font problems. A hard copy must be provided so we can try to match the font as close as possible and be sure that no text gets bumped out.

Please make football08 and your last name as the name of the file.

Ad Sizes Available

• Quarter Page  5"h x 3.5"w  ($100 B&W)
• Half Page  5"h x 7.5"w or 9.5"h x 3.5"w  ($300 Color/$200 B&W)
• Full Page  10"h x 7.5"w  ($600 Color/$400 B&W)
• Business Card Size  2"h x 3.5"w  ($60 B&W)

Where to Send the Artwork

All materials can be emailed to advertising@costafootball.com.

What If I Don't Have Artwork...

...can you do an ad for me? Martha will be happy to prepare ads from photos, text, etc. She will email you for approval. If it is a complex ad that is desired, please hire a designer to do it.

Ads can be submitted in hard copy and Martha will scan them.

Paperwork must be submitted with all ads with the following information:
Name
Size of Ad
Black & White or Color
Contact phone number and email address
