Other Parent Volunteer Snack Stand Positions
If you volunteer for one of these positions you are exempt from regular Snack Stand Duty. To volunteer for the snack stand, please fill out the volunteer sign-up form.
Snack Stand Parent Volunteer Coordinator
This person works with Team Parents to call parents and remind them of their shift and ensure that the Snack Stand is covered. If the Volunteer Coordinator has a good support group it should be a fairly easy task. The Volunteer Coordinator would need to either email/fax the list to the Snack Stand Coordinator on the day of the game by 2pm. He/she may also bring the list to the game by 5pm on Game Day.
Costco Runner
This person would need to have access to fax or email to receive the weekly order from the Snack Stand Coordinator. Go to Costco, gather the order and deliver the other either Thursday before the game or on Game Day by 1pm. As we do not have an account with Costco, this person should be able to pay for the order and be reimbursed promptly. Order can range up to $1,000.
Smart & Final Runner
This person would need to have access to fax or email to receive weekly order from the Snack Stand Coordinator. Go to Smart & Final, check the order that has been pulled by Smart & Final staff and deliver the other either Thursday before the game or on Game Day by 1pm. The Boosters have an account with Smart & Final so we would provide the person with the credit card.
