Program Ad Sales

Between sales of the programs themselves at home games on Friday nights and the display ads in them, the Varsity Game Day Souvenir Program is another important source of revenue for the Mustang Football Program.

What does the Game Day Program look like?

It's a 96-page, perfect bound, 4-color, glossy publication. In other words, it is first-class all around!

What kind of editorial is included in the Program?

Messages from the School Administrators, Football Coaches and Booster Club President; Frosh, JV and Varsity team pictures and schedules; Varsity player profiles; Team Records and Statistics; photos of the Band, Cheerleaders and Dance Team; acknowledgements of Sponsors and Donors; and of course lots of advertisements from local businesses.

How much do we sell the Programs for?

How many copies do we print and sell?

We usually print around 2,000 programs and sell most of them at the 5 home varsity games.

What size ads are available and how much do they cost?

Full-page color ads are $600 and black & white are $400
Half-page color ads are $300 and black & white are $200
Quarter-page black & white ads are $100
Business Card size black & white ads are just $60

Can parents place ads about their sons?

Yes, absolutely. In fact, we encourage this, as many of the Players will keep these Programs as keepsakes forever. Special discounted rates for these "Player Dedication" ads will be offered.

Who handles ad sales efforts for the Programs?

The Booster Club's Marketing Committee coordinates sales efforts for Program Ads, Field Signs and Donations to our Silent Auction since there is a great deal of overlap among them. However, individual parents may certainly approach friends, colleagues or businesses they frequent to try and sell them an ad. In fact, such help would be greatly appreciated.

When does the artwork for an ad have to be turned in and to whom?

We like to have all camera-ready artwork files electronically delivered to Martha Logan at Logan Graphics by the beginning of August.

When is payment for the ad due and where should it be sent?

Payment in full should be submitted at the same time as the artwork. Make checks payable to:
