Mustang Football Booster Club About the Football Boosters
The Football Booster Program exists to support and promote excellence for all our players. Whether they start as a young bright-eyed 9th grader or even play for one year as a new player, once a Mustang always a Mustang! We exist to enhance their experience and to give back. We give back because we realize this period is the most precious period for a young athlete, as they challenge their athletic abilities and become young men in the process. We support and promote through annual team activities, parental involvement, and special fundraising. We do so by passing our message on that "this is our time and our turn" to do great things and let our children know we value their commitment.
Our Hope
Is that our mission and message passed on by Boosters, Coaches, and Players will help to inspire your belief to get involved with us. The examples are now numerous of the power we possess to create change, to improve our surroundings, and to give back.
Room 105 has given us the space to plan and learn, our Weight Room has given us the space and tools to build and grow strong, and our new Athletic Field a space to run freely and safely toward our goals! We truly can do anything we set our minds to. Through our modeling and outreach, we vow to keep you informed of upcoming activities and events that make Mira Costa Football as great as it is, and as great as we continue to make it be. We hope you believe this and enjoy it with us!

Lastly, we are a non-school run organization that primarily exists to raise funds and awareness for various items that are not covered by the school budget, but nonetheless enhances the basic functioning of the team. As this website will brief you upon, we help to organize pre-game tasks, team meals, prepare the field before games, announcements to parents and fans at games, handle the first down markers, run the scoreboard, and run a concession stand, to name a few. We work closely with coaches and the athletic director to determine how we can best assist them in providing this quality football experience for our players. It is a partnership we are proud of. We ask you to join us, be with us, and with your boy, as he experiences the proud role of being a Mira Costa Mustang. In the process, you will become a Mustang as well!
