1000 lb. Club

Membership in this accomplished club requires just one thing – that the player be able to lift 1000 pounds combined in the following four distinct lifts:

  1. Bench Press
  2. Squat
  3. Push Press
  4. Clean

The Mira Costa Football Program honors those who achieve membership in this exclusive club by putting their names on display in the weight room for all to see. Congratulations!
